Welcome to the ECM College Site. Please read this User Agreement carefully. This User Agreement, including its Privacy Policy, applies only to the ECM College Site. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates the ECM College Trademarks or our name without our express written consent.

• Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  While we endeavour to ensure that the information on the ECM College Site is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the ECM College Site. • Governing Law
  This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts and waive any objection to such forum.

• Termination
  We reserve the right to suspend the ECM College Site or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

• ECM College Privacy Policy
  This Privacy Policy describes how we treat data received about you when you visit the ECM College Site or otherwise. ECM College fully respects your right to privacy and actively seeks to preserve the privacy rights of those who share information with ECM College. ECM College will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your permission, except as required or permitted by law. Any personal information which you volunteer to ECM College will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2003.
